They shipped it free of charge and the vacuum was at my door within days. I hadn't done much research. I had just wanted to switch from the cheap bagless upright that I had had and get a small and lightweight, bagged canister. At first I wasn't sure if I'd like a canister vacuum, but now I am really happy with the purchase for a few reasons. It is compact and stores in my closet easily. All of the tools store on the machine nicely. The suction is more than I expected and the floor nozzle easily pulls dust from the sides. Its effortless and makes vacuuming actually fun.
